The two properties in Brierswood, Struben Road, Upper Claremont achieved prices of R2 450 000 and R2 350 000 at the onsite auction today, 1 Nov 2013.
When VAT and auctioneer's fee are added, the pricing is R2 940 000
and R2 820 000.
